Our History

Midwest Memorial Group owns and operates 28 cemeteries throughout Michigan. Many of these cemeteries are historic in nature and have been serving their communities for more than 100 years. MMG’s goal is to restore integrity and high standards to the management of these cemeteries while providing warm, personalized service to our lot owners. David Shipper, the president of Midwest Memorial Group, is a third generation cemetery owner with more than 30 years of experience. He also owns cemeteries and funeral homes throughout Indiana as well as in New York.
